BIA launches the first study of its kind in Bulgaria “Are you ready for the future?”
Bulgarian Industrial Association has launched the first study of its kind in Bulgaria in order to analyse the readiness of the Bulgarian business to undertake the creation of changes in the world. Included in the questionnaire are trends based on the development forecast for the next 30 years of a number of world leading organisations such as Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, National Intelligence Council, Euromonitor International, Future Today Institute, Roland Berger Institute and others.
The questionnaire is open to companies from all sectors until September 30, 2021.
The best outcome will be to create a general picture, focused on what is the internal potential of Bulgarian business to respond to future. The survey is designed so that in the process of response each participant can make a self-assessment, where he is positioned in terms of global trends and technological innovations, human resources and those of consumer input.
The summary data from the study will identify four main components: strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. BIA shares: “In this way we will be able to start working effectively to support the Bulgarian business to overcome the upcoming challenges.” The results of the survey will be sent to all companies that have entered it. The Bulgarian Industrial Association has additionally launched the first Bulgarian platform for open innovation, which has become a reality due to the partnership between BIA and Low Carbon Business Action Canada – an active business platform to accelerate the presence of EU providers of low carbon solutions and connect with circular economic technology in Canada . In it, companies with innovative products and services within green solutions and the circular economy can respond to the proposals of Canadian companies that seek their solutions to specific technical problems.
The completion of the testing of Bulgarian companies may provide an opportunity to transfer to the Canadian market, but before that they will compete with other European solutions in a Challenge Pitch. Over twelve opportunities for collaboration can be found here.
