The 20th edition of the largest career forum in Bulgaria – ‘National Career Days 2021’ will start online with many new opportunities for employers and job seekers. The forum will bring together talents and top companies for an internship or permanent appointment.

The team of Innovative Sofia is joining the anniversary edition of the event as an institutional partner. The National Career Days will start on April 8 at 11:00 on the leading global career events platform Brazen Technologies. The Deputy Mayor for Digitalization, Innovation and Economic Development Mr. Gencho Kerezov and Mr. Svetlozar Petrov, CEO of the HR company and career site JobTiger, will officially open the “National Career Days 2021”.

The forum will start with an online day that will last until 17:00 on April 8. Dozens of leading companies from various industries will be searching for their future employees and interns. For job seekers, participation is free and 100% safe in a pandemic. All you need is a device connected to the Internet and pre-registration, which you can do in a few easy steps HERE

Safe and innovative

A year after the start of the pandemic, online forums are logically gaining popularity, as they provide 100% safe meetings with an unlimited number of people.

During the National Career Days, entirely online, you will be able to:

► Upload a short presentation and CV in your profile and choose the companies’ representatives you are interested to meet with. Thus, the HR specialists will be able to get acquainted with your skills in advance and schedule an appointment for you. The platform now has a new functionality for convenient scheduling of meetings that the recruiters can use to initiate conversations with the students and young specialists;

► Choose how to attend your interview with the HR specialist – via chat, audio or video connection;

► Choose the place from which to visit the forum – you do not need to travel to get to the stands of the exhibitors.On the date of the event, you can speak with them directly, no matter where you are;

► Line up in more than one “queue” in front of the exhibitors’ stands and, at the same time, have a conversation with the HR specialists or listen to interesting lectures and ask questions in the discussion panel. You can even participate in two or more chat sessions simultaneously.

► Access for free the presentation “The perfect candidate in the new reality” of Mila Valkova, Senior Recruitment and Employer Branding Manager at Kaufland Bulgaria.

JobTiger is not only the oldest organizer of career forums in our country but also a pioneer in conducting virtual career events in Bulgaria. The National Career Days have assisted more than 47,000 young people and students to start their career in a leading company. Last year, the forum took place in an unprecedented way – in a completely online format – only ten days after the announcement of the first lockdown in our country. Although organized in an emergency, National Career Days 2020 virtually met representatives of 110 companies with 5,217 candidates in just three days. The event has been awarded several prestigious prizes: the HR consulting project/tool of the year award at the Annual HR Awards of the Bulgarian Association for People Management; first place in the category “Innovation in Crisis” at the Annual Awards of b2b Media and third place in the “Crisis Communications” category from the PR Prize of the Bulgarian Public Relations Society.
