The free educational event “Robo Days 2020” of the Professional Association of Robotics and Automation PARA will be held for two consecutive days, on 19 and 20 September. The event will focus on the role of educational robotics and STEM disciplines in modern education, robots made by Bulgarian students, the prospects in educational robotics, the role of the students, teachers, and business, and the importance of dual education. “Robo Days 2020” will be streamed online on the PARA’s website, Facebook page, and  YouTube channel. In the lobby of the “Incubator” building of Sofia Tech Park, there will be an exhibition in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures.

Innovative Sofia is a partner of “Robo Days 2020” together with Robo League Bulgaria and Sofia Tech Park. General sponsor of the event is Festo, and the media partners include Inzhener.bg, DevStyler, Trending Topics, Uspelite.bg, the Bulgarian national television, and BNT2.

During “Robo Days 2020”, teachers, young people, innovative companies, representatives of government institutions, and entrepreneurs will present the educational robotics in a new light. The event is aimed at students, parents, and teachers interested in the field of robotics.

According to Kristian Mihailov from PARA, the participants at “Robo Days 2020” will have the opportunity to learn more about STEM (STEM: Science – Technology – Engineering – Mathematics) and the way robotics can be a driver in school education and how educational robotics supports the advancement of young people in school.
